ShareGuru Intelligence Technologies Inc., formerly EstiNet Technology, is a startup company incubated by National Yang-Ming Chiao Tung University in 2010. Its core technologies include intelligent network management, network simulation, and AIoT integrated applications. Since 2019, EstiNet Technology has further transformed from a network communication and IoT systems company into a provider of cloud application platform products, AI and big data training and analysis services, as well as cloud + IoT system integration solutions. Based on its business strategy and resource integration, in June 2023, the ShareGuru business unit was merged into Golden Smart Home Corp. to focus on cloud and big data analytics research and development, assisting enterprises in digital transformation training. The parent company, Golden Smart Home Corp., was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park. Its mission is to develop medical products for human health information detection and generative AI technology application systems.
In recent years, in response to the growing diversity of AI technology applications, the ShareGuru business unit has expanded beyond corporate training. Centered on Multi-Agent AI application platform and combined with software and hardware integration capabilities, it offers enterprises a multi-user LLM management platform and a comprehensive NL2SQL application solution. Consequently, in Aug. 2025, the company separated from Golden Smart Home Corp. to form the subsidiary ShareGuru Intelligence Technologies Inc., launching its own brand, "ShareGuru".
ShareGuru product line includes "ShareGuru Online Training" a cloud-based AI training platform serving clients across various industries such as IT services, automotive sales groups, hospitality, hospitals, pharmacy chains, medical aesthetics equipment manufacturers, chain medical aesthetics clinics, and talent development. Moreover, the "ShareQA Enterprise Customer Service Knowledge Management AI System" utilizes the ShareGuru Multi-Agent AI platform and NL2SQL (Natural Language to SQL) core generative AI technology to create a multi-agent LLM platform application that can be maintained and operated locally. This next-generation enterprise AI solution improves efficiency in AI knowledge management, AI customer service, and related fields.
