We have established AiGOAL Amano shrimp inventory prediction system based on AiGOAL Share QA platform, independently developed by Gordon Smart. Similar to a ChatGPT-like conversational AI chatbot, this system can instantly respond to customer inquiries and forecast future shrimp inventory to ensure punctual delivery.

This case involves two AI QA systems:(1)AI Inventory Prediction System implemented with Tool Agent. When customers inquire about expected inventory, the system directs them to the inventory AI agent for real-time inventory data responses.(2) RAG Customer Service Chatbot for AiGOAL Amano factory related information. This system specializes in responding to customer inquiries about AiGOAL Amano factory using pre-established database content, effectively answering customer queries.
