Honor:2014 The 54th National Skills Competition-Setup of the Monitoring and Registration Management System
Scenario:
Due to the recognition received for the setup of the monitoring and registration management system at the 53rd National Skills Competition in 2023, Gordonsmart has successfully secured the qualification to develop the project for this year (2024). The new system will retain its AI crowd control management and will also integrate Gordonsmart self-developed AiGOAL ShareQA platform. This design features an interactive AI Q&A system for exhibition venues, enabling visitors to scan QR codes for booth information and receive real-time guidance to areas of interest. Additionally, the system will serve as a customer service tool, providing more efficient responses to exhibition-related inquiries.
